The Aperitivo Bar and Coffee Truck is the first of its kind in Vancouver. The truck offers a full bar menu with Italian inspired cocktails, beer and wine. It also boasts a full service cafe menu, including, espresso, filter coffee, cold brew , cold pressed juices and blended drinks. Fresh baked cookies and small plates such as meat and cheese plates are available in its catering packages. It’s also the only such truck to not rely on a noisy and fume emitting, gas generator. Instead the custom 1962 Grumman Kurbmaster’s mobile kitchen runs off a large lithium battery power-bank fueled by solar panels. This Truck is a showstopper, book it for weddings, staff and client appreciation events or make a big splash at your next party!
