Festival & Event Food Truck Catering
From music festivals to community fairs, our food trucks bring the flavour, the crowd energy, and the convenience your event needs.
Why Food Trucks for Festivals & Events?
Food trucks and festivals go together like summer and sunshine. They’re designed for high-volume, fast-service environments — exactly what a busy event demands. No buffet lines, no catering tents, just fresh food served fast from a window.
For event organizers, food trucks solve your biggest headache: feeding hundreds or thousands of people without building a kitchen. Trucks arrive fully self-contained with their own power, water, and waste systems. They set up in minutes and serve all day.
Whether you’re running a weekend music festival, a one-day community fair, a beer garden, or a sporting event, we can deploy 3 or more trucks to cover the crowd. For large-scale events requiring more than 3 trucks, contact us directly through our event planning form.
What You Get
High Volume, Fast Service
Food trucks are built to serve crowds. Each truck handles hundreds of guests per event with fast turnover, short wait times, and efficient service that keeps your attendees happy and fed.
Fully Self Contained
No power hookups, no water lines, no kitchen infrastructure needed. Trucks bring everything — generators, refrigeration, cooking equipment, and waste disposal. Just give us a flat spot.
Diverse Cuisine Options
One event, multiple cuisines. Mix and match trucks to give your attendees options — tacos next to pizza next to ice cream. Variety keeps people exploring and eating all day.

Common Questions About Festival Catering
-
How many trucks do I need for my festival?
A general rule is one truck per 100–150 guests for single-serving events (2–3 hours). For all-day festivals where guests graze over multiple hours, one truck per 200–300 attendees works well. We'll help you figure out the right number based on your expected attendance and event duration.
-
Can I book more than 3 trucks?
Yes. For large-scale festivals and events, we can coordinate more than 3 trucks. Use our contact form to describe your event and we'll put together a custom truck lineup for you.
-
Do trucks need power hookups at the venue?
No. All our trucks are fully self-contained with their own generators and power systems. Some specialty trucks (like Aperitivo and Green Coast Coffee) even use solar power. You just need a flat, accessible surface for parking.
-
Who handles payments — us or the trucks?
For festivals, trucks typically handle their own sales directly to attendees via cash and card. For sponsored or pre-paid events, the organizer covers a flat fee or guaranteed minimum. We'll set up whichever model works for your event.
