How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for corporate events. For large-scale events or peak season (May–September), 4–6 weeks is ideal to secure your preferred trucks.

Can trucks set up in our office parking lot?
Yes. Most corporate bookings happen in parking lots, courtyards, or loading areas. Trucks are self-contained with their own power, so no electrical hookup is needed. We just need a flat, paved surface with clearance for the vehicle.

Who pays — the company or employees?
Either works. Many companies cover the full cost as an employee perk. Others let guests pay individually via cash or card. You can also do a hybrid — the company covers mains and employees buy extras. We'll set this up with the truck in advance.
